Purpose:
To protect from EMP radiation range 10 MHz - 3 GHz region of the neck, head, shoulders, upper spinal cord. Can be used as a light blanket to protect the abdomen, pelvis, knees, feet. When tying with contact shielding fabric with the two ends of the scarf works as a closed loop, which improves the shielding properties.
