MANUAL

APK-the "NO-SMOKE" recorded on 2 CD-ROMNo. 1 and No. 2,duration 30 and 20 min, respectively. One session full listening CD.
A course of therapy for up to 42 days. During the course, you must listen APK program in 3 stages:

• the first 14 days –APK-the # 1
• following 14 daysAPK-program No. 2
• and the last 14 days – againAPK-the # 1

During these phases of the programme should be monitored at least 1 times a day. It is desirable to carry out sessions of therapy (listening) – in the evening, just before bedtime. In case of impossibility of holding the sessions of correction for any reason, is allowed to pass the audition (no more than 1 - 2 days).
The volume level when conducting the sessions does not matter. You can set it to a very quiet volume level, if audible background annoys You.

The first stagepsychotherapy(14 days)
The listeningAPK-the software No. 1is preferably carried out in a calm and pleasant environment, where You don't get distracted: for example, lying in bed (before sleep), to try to distract from outside thoughts and fix the attention only on the test conditions.

During the correction sessions not to read or listen to any alternative audio sources (radio, TV). You can sleep during sessions of psychotherapy. APK-program No. 1 you can listen to in the presence of other people. At this stage there will be a reduction of the pathological craving to smoke and reducing the number of cigarettes smoked to a minimum (either to complete failure!).

The second stagepsychotherapy(14 days)
The listeningAPK-program No. 2should be done in a separate room or in the headphones, to eliminate the impact of this programme on other people. During this stage of psychological correction of possible deterioration of both psychological and physical. It is a natural process that is associated with the nature of psychological impact.
