In recent studies discovered that one of the mechanisms of formation of alcohol dependence is loss of the ability to enjoy life. Loss to which a person gave himself an immoderate intake of alcohol.

It turns out that the excessive intake of alcohol breaks down the mechanism of obtaining of positive emotions ("the mechanism of happiness") due to the depletion of the hormones that this mechanism is implemented by the so – called endorphins. The second mechanism is the formation of alcohol dependence – low level of self-control.
