Take any belief and think: when, for the first time in your life, you learned to believe in this belief? Relax, and maybe soon you will begin to emerge picture of the past with the answer to your question.

The power of belief is indeed infinite. Beliefs have a lot in common with phobias, because they too were formed on an unconscious emotional level. People with phobias often on a conscious level, know perfectly well that there was no danger, actually no, but never forgot to get scared when the appropriate stimulus.

Similarly, one can readily agree with all your logical calculations that a certain thing should do that to make it useful, relevant and a must, but will not do it. And not because he's so stubborn, or bad. Just every time he has any good reason to not do this right now, or at some point is, as they say, "just fly out from his head", etc., etc..

The greater the intensity of the emotion, the stronger beliefs. Why limiting beliefs can be formed not only in early childhood but also in adults - during, that is to say, "difficult life circumstances", which each of us overcomes in their own way....

The ones after this life complain and lament: "Oh, what is it to me?... Why is this happening to me?... Now I can never (well, is there anything to do or not to do) love, for example, or to leave drugs... etc.. Others even after a "very strong slap in the face", derived from life, and, as expected, some time, of course, after having worried, for some reason, you start thinking differently: "Yeah, made me hard.... But now I'm stronger and can achieve much more than others, because the others don't....". Where again such a difference? The reasons again lie in the deep childhood....

So, you have decided to get rid of your outdated limiting beliefs, because you have some important goals, and you want to achieve something positive, or to obtain the necessary experience. Although these limiting beliefs, of course, was designed by your subconscious to protect you, but now you've matured and outgrown these childish restrictions. And finally, it's time to change them for others – helpful, life-affirming and inspiring beliefs that better suit you now and help you to achieve success and prosperity.
