In ancient Greece there was a beautiful legend.

Once upon a time, the Gods decided to create a world. They easily created stars, the sun, the moon, the seas, flowers and clouds. It turned out that they were very easy, beautiful and joyful ... And then they created man. They endowed man with a spark of divine light in order to instill in him curiosity and creative abilities. At first they wanted to endow the person with the divine Truth, but then they decided that then it would be too easy for a person to get everything, and this could harm his development. Therefore, they decided to hide the divine Truth somewhere far away so that a person could not reach it too easily. In this matter, they had difficulties. Where to hide the divine Truth, so that people could not find it right away?

- Let's hide the Truth on the highest mountain in the world, it will probably be difficult to find it there.

“No, people are so curious that they can get there too quickly.”

“Then let's hide it at the bottom of the ocean, in the deepest and darkest abyss.”

“What are you, people so ingenious that they will create amazing cars and easily get there.”

“Then we hide it on the invisible side of the moon.”

- No, because people are so stubborn that they get there quite quickly.

In the end, the oldest and wisest God said:

- No, we will hide the divine Truth in the hearts of people. They will search for it all over the world, not even suspecting that all this time they carry the divine Truth in their own hearts.

Introduction The human heart is much more than an ordinary mechanical pump that drives blood through our bodies. With its 40 thousand neurons and an electric field that is many times greater than the electric field of the brain, the heart can be considered an organ with a powerful own intelligence.

A complex network of heart neurons allows it to work independently of the brain. Some researchers believe that the heart can independently learn, remember and develop feelings. The emotional information that is sent from the heart to the brain has a huge impact on higher brain functions, affecting our perceptions, thought processes, health, learning ability, and especially the ability to feel compassion and empathy.

Anger, anxiety and depression have a stressful effect on the heart and affect the development of heart disease. The common expression "broken heart" can be perceived as true, not only metaphorically, but also in the literal sense. Due to the physiological connections between the brain and the heart, the synchronization of their work is just as important for heart health as it is for brain health.

From the point of view of esotericism, Anahata - the energetic heart of a person is characterized by intuition on the path of self-improvement (“The Way of the Heart”); the possibility of seeing causes, effects and consequences in the form of past, present and future events; control over guilt, resentment, bewilderment, emotions and bodily symptoms of the lower contours.

Anahata activation leads to the second birth (resurrection) of the body, regeneration, rejuvenation, sensory enrichment, and joy of perception. Anahata directly interacts with the Sahasrara and Muladhara, that is, it unites Matter and the Spirit. The position is the middle of the sternum.

Studies of people who are regularly engaged in meditation on the presence of the heart show that they find peace of mind and a significant strengthening of immunity. This meditation can be useful for an individual person, as well as for couples or work collectives.

Methodology

Important: this meditation on the Energy Heart, which is located at the level of the physical heart - in the center of the chest. It is strongly discouraged to concentrate on the physical heart.

In this meditation, I, as in the previous one, will ask questions: “Could you ...” The questions asked in this form help to circumvent current restrictions, making it possible for the subconscious to find the conditions under which the fulfillment of what has been said becomes possible (although not always the first time).

There will be 16 seconds between questions, and at this time it is necessary to keep attention on the subject of the last question.

If you have any difficulty in imagining a specific image or feeling, let it not bother you. Just let your imagination stay focused on the subject matter, and let your sensation come about in the most natural way.

If it seems to you that nothing concrete is happening or your mind is starting to wander, do not worry. If you suddenly notice that your attention is leaving somewhere and focusing on some thought or image, do not resist and do not support this process, gradually letting your attention focus expand so that in addition to that thought or emotion where your attention has gone away, the image of my current question has also become the focus of your attention.

For example, when I ask: “Could you imagine the distance between the heart and eyes?”, Then you can naturally feel the heart, then the eyes, and then allow your imagination to move into the area between the heart and eyes and imagine the distance between them. Your goal is not to name a specific distance. The goal is to very gently imagine, or (and) feel the distance, or the space between the heart and eyes. Initially, you can imagine this distance as some kind of area, or some kind of obscure sensation, but then the sensation can expand, or somehow change, while you continue to keep your attention in this area. Most likely, this feeling will change as you practice.

The term “imagine” refers not only to visualization, but also to all sensory organs. During meditation, you are not required to generate a clear volumetric movie in your brain. Do as usual for you.

When I ask you to imagine some kind of space, then ideally, if you had already been well trained, you could immediately have a sense of that space, and you could visualize this space, and you could hear the silence between the heart and eyes , and could feel the taste and smell of this space, and could think about the space between the heart and eyes, and even could feel the thoughts that come from this space, and could feel the sense of the present moment in this space. But "everything is achieved by exercises," so you do not need to force events somehow. With each meditation, skills accumulate, and all this will come to you in a natural way.

This meditation is self-sufficient, but it will still be better if you first complete the full course (21 days) of basic meditation. It may be useful for someone to complete a full course and a second presence meditation, since “presence meditation in the heart”, if there is only a basic course in the experience, may seem too complicated for some.

Let me remind you: in order to transfer the effects of presence meditation to everyday situations, during meditation, it is recommended to sit with your back straight or to stand. A recumbent or inclined position, after a certain period of practice, will be ineffective, as this resembles the position in which you are sleeping.

Water plays an important role in conducting nerve impulses. With general dehydration, which is very common among urban residents, a headache may occur after listening. Therefore, I recommend that before meditation and immediately after drink a glass (well, at least half) of plain clean water.

Once again, I would especially like to emphasize that meditation is not hard work, but a game. During meditation, keep your inner smile, breathe deeply (effortlessly) and evenly and play with your ideas, as if half asleep, or in dreams.

It is best to do it twice a day, with a break of at least three hours.

The first positive changes will be noticeable after three weeks of regular classes. The consolidation of positive changes will occur in three months.

Meditation Duration: 29 minutes.
Using headphones is optional.
