The process of developing and sewing masks for the device DreamStalker PRO

1) Laser cut parts with sewn Velcro consist of layers of different materials to maintain shape.

This part will be sewn with the softest part of the mask, which will touch the face.

2) Extra stitching around the edge for greater reliability.

3) Blanks pockets.

The template used to cut the pocket was developed through lengthy tests.

There were a lot of options.

All for convenience and functionality.

The device fits very easily in this pocket and is just as easily removed from it.

4) Ready embroidery on the outside of the mask DreamStalker.

5) The pocket is sewn to the blank. On top of the Velcro, a soft part is attached to the Velcro.

6) The tape that processes the edge of the product.

We specially order the French oblique tape, since the load on it during operation is rather big.

Very durable, pleasant, does not crumble and creates a feeling of completeness of the mask.

7) All mask details are separate.

Ahead of the final assembly - the crucial moment!

Here you can see what thread we use.

These are Gutterman and Madeira - threads of German companies, which guarantees the strength and reliability of the masks.

8) The process of sewing Velcro on the pocket.

All the work of making a mask is performed only on the industrial equipment.

These are industrial sewing machines, industrial steam irons, an ironing table with heating and vacuum, an embroidery machine.

9) The softest part of our work!

A lot of soft details. What touches the face is made of natural silky viscose.

This cloth we over tighten details of foam rubber cut by laser.

10)  Here you can consider the nuances of preparing a pocket.

Visible incisions, which made the fold.

Small recesses of only 1mm, such accuracy!

11) We consider the softest detail of the mask.

The detail of foam rubber is covered with fabric.

It is not only the softest part, but also the most difficult.

To get such an edge of the round neckline, I had to rework many options and develop my own.
