Error CoEr

Bought DreamStalkerPRO. Stick new batteries, writes "F1.05", then "CoEr". Then nothing happens. What to do?

Unfortunately, despite the fact that the devices pass through several different tests before the sale when they fall into the hands of the buyer, sometimes it turns out that the device was faulty, as in Your case. Why is a mystery. What to do - replace the device for a new one, contact the office.

Good day, device, dream Stalker about a couple of weeks worked fine - bought a month ago, then showed noSd, turned it off, pulled the inserted Sd card, turned began to show F1.06 Co03 o and the circle... I live in Ekaterinburg, is it possible to remotely resolve the issue?

Possible to solve the problem. For this, most likely, will be enough to replace the batteries with new ones. Batteries must be ALKALINE systems only. Otherwise everything will happen exactly as You describe. If will not help - please contact the office by email or by phone.
