Electronic device DreamStalker works analyzing the origin, development, and intensity of the REM phases for the issuance of tips, not counting primitive time intervals 8) .

Make what You write easier. Take any PDA, smartphone, Communicator, etc. device. For example, now 21.00. Set 1st alarm at time 22.00 hrs, 2nd alarm - in 22.15, 3rd alarm at 22.30, etc. Placed on the nightstand beside the bed. Enjoy. It is not completely clear what You want to achieve this. I once did the same thing, but with a completely different purpose. However, no astral is not ejected :? .
