Нашел интересную информацию о том, что бинауральные ритмы очень слабенькие и по этой причине мало на кого действую. В то же время, моноуральные и изохронные тоны действуют намного сильнее. Может есть смысл перейти все таки на изохронные ритмы?

Almost every one of the brainwave entrainment product, at the point of release of QMP, uses a brainwave simulation pattern called- Binaural.

Dr. Gerald Oster, is generally recognized as the man to bring binaurals to popularity.

In a 1973 issue of Scientific American, Dr. Gerald Oster examined how combining 2 pure tones resulted in a rhythmic beat which he called Binaural and Monaural Beats. In comparing Binaural beats against Monaural beats, Oster noted that Monaural beats were shown to elicit extremely strong cortical responses, which is the electrical activity responsible for entrainment.

Oster concluded that while Binaural Beats produced very little neural response (because the depth of a Binaural Beat is only 3db or 1/10 the volume of a whisper), they could be useful in diagnosing certain neurological disorders.

Unfortunately the guys with all the money are binaural merchants, that's why almost all the products you can find use binaural.

Monaural and isochronic (even more powerful) tones, are much more effective than binaurals at encouraging the "frequency following response" that is responsible for entrainment.

Во-первых, действительно, бинауральные ритмы имеют менее вывраженный эффект в плане вовлечения мозга в ритмику, но всё же имеют. Этот эффект усиливается при накладывании этих ритмов в несколько слоёв.
Во-вторых, этот эффект сохраняется даже при очень малой громкости несущих, - буквально на пороге восприятия.
И в-третьих, бинауральные биение также дают эффект синхронизации полушарий мозга, что обеспечивает более эффективное мышление при регулярном употреблении.

К сожалению, многие другие the guys (по моим наблюдениям) очень бы хотели занять эту нишу рынка на халяву, т.е. приподнеся "что-нибудь новенькое", безотносительно к тому, работает оно или нет. Так что базар фильтровать надо, даже если он -- на настоящем американском языке...
Пример - пожалуйста. NP2. Декларируется, что много эффективнее, чем legacy BB. Большая часть прилагаемых сессий, тем не ме -- BB based. Остальные (???).
В общем - практика - критерий истины - захотите -- разберетесь.
