Your favorite programs session

Yesterday I received the machine in the mail, assembled it at home. And pondered a little longer. What would this put out there, because there are there are a shitload of programs all over the world. Looked at the forum, but there just talks about disks Andrew P. Yes, truly a cool guy! but maybe there is a sense from it is not to settle and to try chyago any of the standard set? Friends, advise where and how to start

You can choose any session on relaxation,not necessarily the same...And I feel bored.

And it's okay that when I sluhay built-in session - that usually blink both eyes(with glasses on) and when sluhay "Conductor" - the only one - right.(The disc plays through the computer. machine interpuls and glasses "who are clever,bright")?

Likely You have not balanced the channels on the sound card.

Tried while only the alpha session in MindSpa6, very much 4-I program creative.

Purchased A Nova Pro 100. 7 days tried 10 different sessions (even in meditative and energetic climbed, though earlier).

As a result, every day now listen to the first session of Relaxation ("Relax Break"). Well, just SUPER! I still connect there music for the heart chakra and make myself Reiki.

The mood after the session is wonderful.

I recommend you go through all the sessions, however, the recommendation in the printout to Innerpulse.
Patrushev's recommended to begin with the alpha sessions in improv. However the road by walking. Just persistently and creatively work every day. And most importantly happy. Success.

r-3 -cool thing. Quickly and smoothly. r-4 - Skanska just some. comes a sense of quiet joy, absolute self-confidence and tolerance towards people and situations.
