Yeah, You try it: take a stack of disks (height less than diameter), put it on at night a glass of water (covered with something), and another glass of water put it in another place (away). 1. Any (can be defective and scratched, better without the paint)
2. Without boxes - tight stack height of 46mm or 74mm

Read about Reich and his Orgon, on torsion fields and the Golden section.

Anyway what is written there.
You can just buy a pack of cheap discs (without paint).
You can put anything non-metal, but in glass and ceramics better.
