I'm about a year listening to the Explorer... the exact time between the courses don't measure, but I heard somewhere 4-5. I think, over time, decreases my ability to take. Before I somehow fell into some heat, and now just laying inside no response (I think), relaxing not so much.

And yet... I do Sleep much better (more Healing you listened to and Dec alpha session was).

But problems such as lack of confidence, communication difficulties, loneliness has not gone anywhere

Easily upset over nothing and occasionally fall into a depressive state. Maybe you should try to set goals (I did one course CD for self-hypnosis, but to no avail)... or change the approach? Why doesn't it work? No special changes in my life during this time did not happen, although I would like.

And You never did anything in life to get out of depression, to stop being upset over nothing, to communicate with interesting people? It is useless just to listen to discs of any kind - they can only help to get the ball rolling and the rest is in Your hands.

This means that the drive has no settings there, and they are spelled out on the website - You've read them and they were in your head. Now just need to arrange for regular listening, in which You do these installations will be in my head to turn. A little not fair, but it actually works...
