"Man is free when he has a choice".

What makes You think that's bad? Mastering soon, photos, films and reading

You get the choice to perceive information at speeds appropriate for your purposes. If You are interested in a certain piece, you can afford to get a grasp more attentively (it is necessary only to be able to stop in time

).

This is a question for programmesto: https://www.b17.ru/forum/topic.php?id=4 ... &nom=68#68

Andrew, Hello!
Do you plan to program for iOS and tablets?
If read works not the program itself, but just watching the video screencast, with programs that are running, whether all the effects? For example, a video on YouTube by a kind person.

Probably saved. But there is still overlayed video frame rate, so exactly I can not say...

I have unfortunately started to jump, the pressure will stop a day or two then comes back to normal. Sorry but the idea is good, do not You think that using sub-threshold affirmations, You leave a part of his consciousness and part of his "time" in the mind of the listener. In any case, I'm so "kagetsa", I was not able to relax feeling not what danger, or what. Most likely it is an individual reaction, because the other products however those who are "without a voice", used for a long time and with use. Good Luck To You!

Akela
So in fact You can crank the volume and listen to these affirmations in order to understand the threat they are for You or not. I did it on purpose (otherwise it was impossible to hear anything).
The pressure may "jump" only if You do not correctly see (squinting his eyes and shoulders).

Affirmations are quite reasonable and dangerous technically not what is not find, but with the voltage(eyes, shoulders) definitely not. Sure clear monitor the state of relaxation and contemplation, that is not why I think so. I would not want to leave this business because of the pressure, but the reason I find and I hope she's not tragic.

Hello, dear.

As I understand it, when you convert any PDF file out of it and discarded all the images and only the bare text.
If I'm right, I have a question about the further development of the program - in addition to text and pictures showed.
Just if you take literature technical focus that a lot of information is supplied in the form of graphs, diagrams, drawings, flow charts and other things.
Will there be a program in the future to acquire such capability?

Good day, Andrew!

Recommendations to the program "relaxation" is the best sequence of asana. -"progressive relaxation", and then "at" in the case of Cinecanal, if time permits, you may one day deal with:
- "progressive relaxation"
- "At"
- SSG

thank you

Post by **Андрей Патрушев** » Mon Apr 08, 2019 20:26

GarethHello.
Actually, you can, of course, but the efficiency is so greatly reduced. Better every day, in that order, to deal with one program (through the cycle).

Гарет · Post by **Гарет** » Mon Apr 08, 2019 21:43

Understood, then I will do the first paragraph of the techniques, and progressive relaxation leave for later

Andrew, listening sessions at SSG and MM makes no preonset in comparison with the listening of these on a PC/player?

Thank you

Absolutely no.

Гарет · Post by **Гарет** » Wed Apr 10, 2019 18:09

Will begin with a progressive relaxation session at the SSG and often fail to sleep and try to stay awake, which is not very good for relaxation)
In parallel, will explore Schulte and gymnastics for the brain

Andrew,

1) the size of the monitor somehow affects the efficiency of the UPR. with tables Schulte? My monitor is 30 inches
Work in test mode, but even so it's UPR. I pretty confusing ))

2) would it Be useful for the development of concentration to look at the "green dot" without the SSG?

In fact, affected, but not much - you can always move away.
