All good health!
About communicating. Now just have to work through this topic. I want to share the link.
http://aikistyle.narod.ru/reading/ki_safronov-1.htm
In my opinion this article is more realistic and opens the deep essence of the processes of communication, of course, not always and not with all, but Chasse than we would like. Again, my opinion is that it's good to read from the beginning of the link, and then the book "the Language of life. Non-violent communication" and use the symbiosis of these techniques. I had something happened, the effect of pleased, and psychological depreciation and turned a nice man said. Will be especially useful to check out the link to those who are subjected to psychological and energy attacks, vampirism. If vampirism anyone is interested here is the link http://www.magik.ru/vampir/
Lastly, the key. "What the focus is there and energy", this key works everywhere. For example, a psychological attack, a good way to put the attacker's attention on his thought process into question, and you better not be one that is made in the book "the Language of life. Non-violent communication" on page 19. When playing qigong, we visualize and create a ball of energy, again the attention to a certain area. Another link might be useful to someone http://www.qigong.ru/materials/detail_m ... g=r&id=263

Lord, as I understand technology TMO, the peat, BSFF pre - "demand" a study of polarities. But any affirmations of affirmatsii, etc. conduct for their emergence. It turns out that You, Dimas, admired on the website drives Andrei Patrushev, a program of the rainbow. It is possible that the rapture has not yet passed. And now we come to techniques that work on several different levels and are essentially incompatible with the programming (affirmations, self hypnosis, most likely, and the Explorer...). It turns out the disks-only the business? :)

No,You have not correctly understood the meaning of these techniques. Can say about TMO (although others as well) that this technique (and) MODIFICATION of experience, that is, we model a negative experience into a positive one. There is no contradiction with the discs Andrew, I absolutely not find. Drives A. Patrushev (I to this day genuinely believe this) one of the most effective and fastest ways to make human life easier and more enjoyable. Therefore, the CDs is not the only business. :)
PS About BSFF, we can say that it helps to "merge" polarity, but special admiration, specifically about BSFF, I did not.

on Deep peat the movement comes from the study of the problem to the "plum" polarity, according ГП4 from the "drain" of the polarities to work out all the problems tied to these polarities. If TMO is also working with polarities, the conflict is possible.
Affirmations we re-create charges on certain panatech/values, i.e. create polarity.
Also question to Andrew: is there any confrontation between ozvuchennye methods and application Guide, Rainbow?
Thank you.

TMO does not work with polarities, and with the elimination of the charge on the unwanted emotions. TMO you can create positive charges where you think that you need it. In order to argue "may or may not", it is advisable to attend at least one training and listen to any disk.
If a little dream and to imagine,at least purely gepoteticheski that you "merged" all the polarities...to be honest, you make a living vegetable without emotion you have ever experienced?!For ГП4 and peat...these techniques are not designed to "liberate" from past emotions COMPLETELY, and to facilitate human life by removing negative relation to the situation. To make You a "smooth" man you no promise. By the way, it is possible to follow the example of one of the members of the forum who Turboatom "was coliwasa" to such an extent that it seems he started having delusions of grandeur and his posts and blowing the "lack of affect" and "lack" of negativity 8)
Therefore, in my humble opinion, no confrontation between the methods can not be...

Started a long time ago still with the psychological books, have since read a lot of things, and more and more passed from ballogie to practice, which gives immediate direct changes of consciousness, plus self-experience that one can comprehend and on this basis to make some conclusions, and something really understand.

Now at the Amateur level do Hatha yoga (for Yangoru) — helps to maintain the condition, which can be described as energetic, calm balance, and physical health of course gives no less important.

The method to which I eventually came extremely simple in form and effective. In short, meditation in the Theravada tradition. No mystery, no extra theories (who needs filosofia, it is full to the Mahayana), all very straight, simple and aimed at obtaining their own experience — there is no need to accept anything on faith, all you can comprehend yourself. If you do not go into the details, it is close observation and development required for this concentration and all!

You can start with descriptions of their experience of Western man, represented in the form of art books:
Irwin Shattock — Care Experience
http://dhamma.ru/lib/shattock/index.htm

Owner someone who has studied the author's previous ) More detail and less artistic:
Mahasi Of Sado — Meditation Of Vipashyana Satipatthana
http://book.ariom.ru/txt1494.html

For those who, after sufficient amount of practice wants to delve further into the subject and understand English, you can read the book:
Knowing and Seeing

Good luck to everyone!

It turns out to get the results we need to take a vacation for 2 months and move to some wilderness. Or turn off the TV, the Internet, a computer, nowhere to go no one to talk to, and stay at home. If you try to train your concentration is not limiting the mind to the stimuli is the same as to extinguish the fire, but from time to time pouring in a fire of gasoline.

This is not necessary (only if the achievement of Nirvana/enlightenment is not winstonnet the object of all life aspirations of man). Focusing on one Troubleshooting other things is the practice of concentration (Samatha, Shamatha).
Wikipedia
Website of Lotus

In this case it is only needed for more effective and powerful the practice of observation (Vipashyana, Vipassana)
Wikipedia
Website of Lotus

Description these two meditations Western man:
http://www.psylib.ukrweb.net/books/golem01/index.htm
Chapter is directly about attention:
http://www.psylib.ukrweb.net/books/golem01/txt03.htm

Surveillance can be practiced without the preliminary development of concentration, although the latter of course also does not hurt: you can periodically give the seat and/or walking some time when possible, which in turn will help the practice focus. I'm talking about surveillance practices. You can watch all the time. What you call stimuli (fuel for fire) is just material for observation, which is present constantly: Wake up, dress, wash, brush teeth, prepare food, eat, talk with the person walking on the street, standing in the Elevator, sit on chair, lie on the couch, thinking about something, listen to the other person, watching TV, having sex, talking on the cell phone, remember last night, work, write on this forum is in the process of all this you see. The object of observation are your thoughts, your emotions (feelings, States), your body: if you feel joy, see it, if you feel fear, observe and it, desire, craving for something, views, thoughts, pain, anger, confidence, energy, calm, lazy, fun — all the subject of observation. They do not need to ignite or suppress, but simply to observe and note. If there are thoughts about what you see, watch as these thoughts. If it becomes too lazy to watch nabludaet this laziness. If you are into what you see, watch this hobby.<

I don't quite understand what Samatha is. This is the state when the mind is no thought, and the whole world is perceived in peace and time heal? If we use the term Buddhists I seem familiar with only pseudhirundo.

Why do observation in daily life if not achieve Samatha?

In the book "the care Experience", wrote that the monks decided to abandon reading, dancing. To limit the mind the closest stimuli. In ordinary life, we are literally littered with these "dancing". TV home player on the street, is so generally everywhere. That's what I mean about the petrol. It's TOO much. Irwin in his book wrote that after returning to a normal life for some time he used the mind as a tool of directing the attention like a flashlight beam, but over time lost that ability. It turns out that there is no point in surveillance...

***
I'm here at your leisure read about attention link and had a number of issues. If pseudhirundo I still see some sense, the achievement of Nirvana and thoughtlessness do not see the point at all. Why become a creature who has no desires, is not capable of selfishness, anger, and at the same time to procreate. And so the ability to turn off consciousness for 7 days and to fall into a kind of coma, I see it in General nonsense.

Guest there that was me.

If it is very simple, how I understand Samatha meditation, is holding attention on a single "object" of meditation, whether it's breath, wooden ball, visualizing a Buddha or something. A brief overview of Western man the description States (I give because, maybe it will be clearer and closer) in the same book:
http://www.psylib.ukrweb.net/books/golem01/txt02.htm
Much less compact review if you are interested in deeper things:
http://vne-seti.net/khantipallo/glava-4 ... -vipassana
If you understand English and are not afraid of the monks:

"Flashlight" is only a tool for observation (Vipassana), which develops the practice of concentration (Samatha). If the "beam" of attention is powerful, you can see a lot, if weak, little. But in any case, the final task is to observe, not to have a powerful flashlight myself. Moreover, the "flashlight" is when they use ie and when observing (Vipassana). The path is not to escape reality but to discover reality for what it is, through observation, freed from all illusion, which allows to reach enlightenment.

As I understand it, and because I myself have not reached the state of Nirvana, to teach others the ways to enlightenment (or other similar things) I can't. So I was talking about the method which is the main thing for me in terms of self-knowledge and self-development (that is, for a more simple life things). Observation for me is the base any other work in terms of self-development and self-knowledge (and knowledge in General) because if I don't see how I can say that is so-and-so and continue to talk about something? How can I consciously perform an action if you do not see what I'm dealing with, I do not see how things are going, I see no cause and effect? It monitoring gives you the ability to get rid of illusions, to go beyond templates to realize something. For example, you can realize that the bulk of the "stimulus" you load yourself  and then watching carefully to see the reasons why you do. Separately to see the causes of irritation, to see that this is not a "stimuli" rastiraut, what annoyed you, and then see why you're annoyed... and many more such "but in actual fact it turns out...") If the concentration is a tool for surveillance, then surveillance is a tool of knowledge of all (his life) and conscious choice. It's necessary to observe not some abstraction, but something that is immediately and directly present here and now — your life with all its joys and sufferings, with all its truth, without exception.<

For example, I came across an article that tells about quite "home" applying care:
Smokers teach Buddhist care

The meaning... )))
We should not aspire to any Nirvana, and loss of desires. Work with what you have. If there is something that bothers you, that is unpleasant and bringing you in my life would like to see (fear, pain, frustration, dependence, boredom, depression... all sorts of things which are delivered in varying degrees of suffering and are not allowed to be happy) but with this and work. The absence of thoughts is not unconsciousness, on the contrary, constant attention is constant awarenessa departure from the mechanical existence and stereotyped perception. The practice of Samatha is not a loss of control, is opposite to its acquisition. Vipassana is not a loss of consciousness is on the contrary, the attainment of osobennosti. Any Nirvana you don't immerse yourself and never your selfishness malice just won't lose, until you realize it for yourself how horrible, stupid and senseless state — they will not fall off on their own, without your desire. Before becoming "a being who has no desires," you ten times already understand "why" you do. If you do not understand, and will not. So there is no point now to think about this and worry "what's happening?", work with what you have in your life that you care about and are interested now.<

Or here's another quote here:
In our days the practice of insight meditation has achieved global popularity, having undergone, however, to achieve such success some metamorphosis. Instead of being taught as an integral part of the Buddhist Path, it is often given in secular disciplines, the fruits of which belong more to stay in this world than to nadmorska release. Many meditators say about the tangible benefits received with the help of insight meditation, gain, whose spectrum ranges from improved health and relationships with others prior to the acquisition of deep calm, compassion and heightened awareness. Anyway, while this in itself is the benefit, of course, brings the benefit alone it is not the ultimate goal that the Buddha regarded the end of his practice.
Here in the same terms — "secular discipline", for self — care I practice here described. Exactly with the subject header "the Various techniques of self-improvement..." )) Outside of religions, philosophies, beliefs and other things; to whom these aspects will be interesting, will be able to continue his quest.
