Andrew, Hello...
since I snagged this program for your INSTANT yoga EVOLUTION and I like her a lot except for the text

If you remember, I had been tormenting you with questions about my strange reaction to "Endorfiny". So, I found a solution and want to share, you might need it, if any of Your players will encounter the same reaction to this CD( short-reverse reaction in the absence of arrears of sleep). Water is not so simple as it seems, but there's a chance it'll work (if you take the melted water, in which float small pieces of ice).

About self-esteem. Padellus not as a guru from this forum, and as a user. There was a problem a little similar tip: Conductor approval before listening - "I am confident and happy in this confidence." Really helped
