Decided to wait until the workshop to learn AI, but encountered some difficulties. I don't fully understand the formula exercise. Who will help?
1)What is the figure standing in front of the arrow to the right followed by a number of approaches?
2->4x9
2) in the formula, the exercises indicated a number of approaches. Then how to read the table which shows the number of approaches depending on the cycles and groups.
(for the first group on the 1-4 cycles 2 approach, and a 14-cycle unloading)
3)How to figure out which group to do if there is no physical training?
