IMHO at once - makes no sense. It is necessary for the Conductor to give time for inner work.
For example - if the conductor to listen to in the 18th and 19th.. so if you really want Healing, then if you go to sleep at 23-24.. it is.. for example, I so rarely do when you really really want.. start Healing without audiostrobe and Slipshihsja pillows.. - get the full thrill

they create the SURROUND sound effect. include on a quiet volume and a feeling that falling asleep in the lap of nature

I even enjoy healing ( for a good sleep) at any time when wanted very much.. ( in the sense - 1 time per month or 1 per week courses without any healing.. and just as a nice background for falling asleep)

1. The interval between disks, and disks machinami, sessions machin must be at least 3 hours.
2. No, if you continue, the cold can suddenly end.

I decided to start listening to Your CDs as recommended with "Explorer".When I listen to it for 21 days,then you need to take a break for three months.After three months of "the Guide" will need to listen only once or again have to listen to 21 days?

And another question....

In those three months when I "rest" from the "Explorer" is it possible to listen to Your other drives and do with a mind machine?

Can I immediately the next day(22день)after 21 days of listening to "Explorer" to start listening to some other Your ROM?Or need a few days to wait?If Yes then how much?

meaning the 3 months that adjustment on the physical level occurs for at least 3 months.. but the maximum is life.
it is necessary to give a break to physics "catch-up" spiritual changes. (desirable)..
IMHO.
