No, it is not required. Can be listened to with ordinary headphones, but not speakers.

I still don't know what you mean by "this program is not recommended to do more than 45 minutes" (at a time? a day?) ..... dlitelnosti disc 1:19:06 .... That's something I can't deal with the disk "Ultramag". In what sequence you need to listen to the tracks. You have written that after every 45 minutes you need to take a break, a break from what what this means is that one by one the tracks you can't listen? And when listening to them?

And then some of the r session? or a rule not less than 3 hours apply here, too?

Minimalist issue!
MB who has experience... With satisfactory knowledge of English, there is nevertheless a need to learn German. To the level of reading fiction, as well as the technical specialty. Training meterialy stocked - at cu. as for starters.
(Cstate, really AFRAID to lose the English. in this way -- especially with bells and whistles)
However, the demand is there.
And yet I still see the discrepancy of opinions - from "ultramega" and training sessions to the thesis "any session that you have been practicing the machine have the property of improving learning".
In General, if anyone has the relevant experience - please share - some (not pragmatic) communication experience with the subject of the forum I have find, which is good.
And now - the task.

The integrator itself acts as a good relaxing session. These late classes is valid, but it's better if study material is not understanding, and rote memorization.

Here we start on the 2nd time (the 1st - I after three lessons was really scared - with eng. reading was no problem, but when you try to write a letter in English was felt uncharacteristic confusion is neither in the phrasing nor in words, nor in the head...)
In General, start learning German seriously

However, if anyone has experience of learning 2nd in. yaz. using "ultramega" or anything else - will be glad to read, especially about the pitfalls.
