In this document "P ABOUT WITH T AND N ABOUT IN L E N t the government of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION of 29 March 2007 No. 190" ( http://www.szrf.ru/doc.phtml?op=1&nb=00 ... oc_id=7466 )
among other things there is a list of oborudovaniia for "Room emotional regulation and psychological counseling".
In this list:
1) 3 PCs bio feedback Device "Relana"
2) 1 PCs Projection color dynamic device "C-300"
3) 1 PC. Device "Activaciones ATS-6"
4) 3 PCs. Portable stimulator "inner Plus" ("Voyager")
5) 3 PCs. the Apparatus of psycho-emotional adjustment (ASEC-6)

question No. 1 - "Inner Plus" ("Voyager") - this is the InnerPulse ???

question No. 2 device "Relana" is an analog instrument for mental games, Mind Reflection ??? One of You worked on this device ?

Yes, Portable stimulator "inner Plus" ("Voyager") - this is Innerpulse, and Relana is, in some sense, the analogue of the MR, but without a computer. I worked on it (or rather tried) - nothing came of it. There's even a decent electrodes was not there - I had a strip of sheet metal around the fingers to wrap. Now, judging by the picture, got changed - it is necessary to go to the familiar children to try, how effective is it...
And about the other devices I won't say (and somehow wrong mate, in a decent society)? While, however, Swettin I like - at least, beautiful...
