Is there warranty support and service for the appliances that you sell? In particular in the audiovisual player "Navigator"?

Good day!
In 2007 I bought Inner Pulse, used for a while, then abandoned.In this year of renewed interest in the mind-machine that works just fine, but somewhere hurt the user manual that came with the machine. Where can I download it?
