Hypnosis, self hypnosis, auditory training and MM

welcome

so in the year 2008 was the hypnology Razygraeva I. he then used during sessions of mind machine with red glasses, but without headphones. on the background included music and gave installation. it was more like Ericksonian hypnosis, ie the entrance to a deep trance was not. in connection with this question: is it possible to put on the mind machine what thread the program for relaxing/muting the internal dialogue, but WITHOUT headphones. and in the background to enable a thread of anger management?

today I bought InnerPulse with colorstream. switching the brightness on the glasses - nonsense. meganewton! can points be put on max and adjust the brightness with the car?

returning to the subject of meditation with anger management. is it possible to put on the glasses what thread meditative frequency and include parallel (not through Auditron) auditory training?

if so, how?

what does the cable included? I want to wear headphones that are connected to an external player passing MM.

and for MM to put some thread a special session or something like that for better perception of autotreninga, and wear only glasses. hence the question: which session to put on MM ?

You can,but at low brightness may lead to incorrect display of colors.
