Whereby in use a mind machine to achieve the effects (relaxation, cheerfulness, render)?

As I understand it, mind machine light and sound sets the frequency state (e.g., relaxation) which then rebuilds the brain. Right?

If Yes, how a mind machine will agree on the frequency of sound and light? Do you use binaural beats?

Mind machine is just a generator that allows you to display certain frequencies.
