And I think you just go in the wrong direction (for Anna Weisz) on the 2nd (sort of) stages of meditation (they are divided by steps in the same book) you tread the path of sleep, which is not true )

I have the same problem.
the solution is simple - taking a position, to maintain which requires a minimum muscle tone.
well, for example to sit and not to lean on the back of a chair.
