I work with drive the solar wind and have already finished the second series of 15 listening.

After the fifth or sixth listen, I started out cold and this is very clearly still.

Something else I noticed when cold is that the cold appears on the verge of falling asleep. When I fall asleep, the next moment I Wake up again feeling cold and this can happen several times before fully falling asleep. I noticed the feeling of coldness is concentrated in the chest area. Several times there was a feeling of cold in the feet, but that was the exception.
