The first and last tracks the solar wind. The first is for training, if you had a rough day or(and) there is some emotional overexcitement (can not hear). Last - if you really "bugger" after the chakras (also can not listen).
You should start with Songs Chakramov - at least three times before the chakras and if the chakras (usually one) "sausage" is strong, too, need to Song Chakramov to go, but there is already 15 times to listen to (several times a day for times not considered).
