Doing the second day. Some chakras do not feel at all, some like a blurry spot on the body. But two very distinct, as points in the body, as if the needle is stuck. here. Want to spend more time with them whether it is Possible to do with two chakras in one session plus the entire drive every few days? Want to use pranayama (somewhere on the forum has been described a method how to breathe properly transferring prana from neighboring chakras)

Maybe just the opposite should pay more attention to the chakras that feel it?As far as I know,it is not necessary to dwell on one or two,can go a discordant stimulation,the problem here all sorts of bad...ideally to deal with the whole disk every time,or at the end be sure to listen to "Song of chakramov" to harmonize resharpening centers

In-in this particular situation I most feared, when the disk is laid out - do with the whole disk.

Suddenly drawn to listen to the solar wind.
Without understanding the number of tracks, it turned out that "walked" through all the chakras , capturing "the Song..." and the final track. When finished they had a very good feeling and some nice movement in the area of the chest, Also clear thinking, no fatigue, great mood.
Otherwise (I would say much more clearly) feel your body long after listening.

The second day repeated the "procedure". Just listened to 2 through 11 tracks. The as well as excellent after. I noticed that the back as it is lining itself drawn, as if he made a nice internal massage. The mood is perfect then.

While listening I just fail to see the half asleep.. or even sleep. Don't know does it like that to work with this disk.

Also after listening to the movement of the body all sorts as here already many have described, they are pretty nice (unlike say, listen to the Massage of the brain, they see and "origin" of the inner movements is great)

In General, while that from the disk only get a treat))))))

Attended a course this CD for 21 days at night looking through echofon and mind-machine.
It's hard to say what the results are.
Like it became better to feel your spine.
And no noticeable change.

The General rule for the whole psychoacoustics - 45 minutes, I think. Well, I am sure, not more than an hour

anyway.
