Well, actually, it is considered that 528 Hz is the manipura, the Anahata 639 Hz.
I personally use these frequencies of the chakras for myself (in different ways), I do not know the effect of faith (placebo) or they actually correspond to them, but the positive effect I personally feel.

I have a similar experiment has been performed at. The conditions were such:
the original audio file is 16 bit, 44100 Hz, mono, wav.
Playback - monitors budget series (good "ears" type of senheiser even better reproduce the top)
Recording measuring microphone Beringer.
Distance - 1.5 meters.
Volume - 20% of the maximum.

It worked.

All this is now easily done in Adobe Audizine 3.* (but does in later versions). In this thread there is a link to a step by step guide.

Well, if you write, you should be avoided.

It is unlikely that the subconscious will be able to adequately define the "Creator" and "nature".

I also did this experiment.
My computer perfectly generates frequencies above 15kHz.
