All discs to listen to for 21 days without interruption. Listening to all but the Endorphins(in the morning after you Wake up), Massage of the Brain (in the morning after awakening) and the Concentration (at night from 2:00 to 4:00) between 16:00 to 20:00. Sequence:

7.Concentration
8.Deconcentration
9.Lucid dreams
10.Creative visualization
11.Star traveler // the second disc in a day, you can start Giprotrans

Clear. The General conclusion that I made that is valid. Ie a kind of personal creativity in using the tool. Multiple repetitions, ligament, method of exposure.... The "why" question and a matter of personal health - it is other issues, no doubt, taking place. And very important.
