I'm not Andrew but my two cents to add.
And Satiny have been working for quite a long time.
Best combined with a mind machine.

.Well, if you arrive then of course with self hypnosis.

Somewhere on the forum mentioned that Andrea Patrushev posted the entry for "direct teaching", there was recommended under which session to listen - may be appropriate, since the session can be adjusted.

Hello Andrew and forum members!
I recited attitude and want to combine it with your disk (bought all of Your CDs from you!!!).In the head until it's two options:
1) from one player to reproduce the mood, inserting the ear small headphones(tablets); with another player to play your disc(for example,hypnosis) in big headphones;;;but the ear canal is closed small headphones and may not have all the valuable waves reach the brain(as funny as it was read

)
2) mix your ROM with a well read attitude(lost if properties of your disk when mixing?(Sound Forge 10))

Sytin says that the learning attitude you want to play them (read,listen) 4 (four) hours in a day!
9-10-page attitude I recite about 25-30 minutes, plan to start and end the day in the synthesis of spirit and your drive (1 hour) and the rest(up to 4 hours) to get listening in the car etc.
PS good moods, inspire, but some words(my opinion) it is better to replace(I'm healthy, head fullness, etc.

Yes, please - mix.
The fact that the mixer (in Adobe Audishn), depending on what is loaded first, puts the rest in the same format. Therefore, in order to avoid losses, naborot have to be in WAV (or go second). It is better to translate everything first in WAV 48000/32, and after mixing to return to 44100/16.
