Which ROM is best for deeper meditation?

Hello!!

Do with mind machines have long been more than 1 year.
Disk Explorer doing about a month. Previously, I worked with products of the Russian company "Mentalritm".
That is interesting.. or when it was impossible to obtain the same status... I was feeling full atarii, I noticed a certain sense of discomfort. Could not understood why this is so.
After proslushivaniya "Explorer", there was a feeling of rasslablennost and confidence and negative feelings were not.
I have not encountered in the program process nor any visions or visualization. But with each subsequent lesson, I began to understand that deeper and deeper into a state of rest. But I can't get to that point when I dostic in the first week of classes for the mind machine. - It was a feeling that it is not possible to describe!!
I want to find a drive that would allow it to be in a deeper state. I read a lot oprezna effects of theta-vol..
Now I want to change the program "Explorer" into the Theta meditation".
Unfortunately I'm on the forums couldn't find anything about this program.
Can somebody work with this program? How much is the state of meditation occurs when listening to this CD, differ from listening to "Explorer"?
Can you advise us something?

Fun and excitement is hardly associated with theta waves. It's either alpha or Delta already. But to get to the Delta, staying conscious is not easy.
Theta Meditation is 5 discs to achieve different functional States.
If the person has experienced any state, it is easy can itself to enter into it without any bells and whistles (even if it's drugs).

So, most likely, You just can't allow myself to experience something THAT You shocked.

I also have a as jump,as always,everyday consciousness,then slap on something new,I agree that the feeling is always different...That's....

Andrew, can you give more details. I know there is a technique in NLP called as some type of "drug of choice".
