You can explain what really drives different massage and endorphins?like both give energy,but a fundamental difference in what?
And it is precisely known that if the man.the brain is trained at low frequencies it is well developed attention and memory.concentration, etc. And if the brain is frequently in the high frequencies, and it is harmful for the entire body. why people go mad,die.Even to recover after illness the body needs a permanent sleep,peace of mind.So what is so good massage of the brain? Although maybe I'm just not aware of certain new discoveries?
