Hello, I have a six-disc Andrei Patrushev:
Healing
Endorphins
Massage of the brain
Explorer
Star traveler
Ultramesh
I have no mindmachine, only a normal CD player with ordinary headphones.

Please tell me how all this good to use?
I heard something about the 21st day, listening to this CD for the 21st day?
This is due to the fact that the habits of a man are formed within the 21st day? ie after 21st day the effect persists? Do I need to do every day?
Is it possible to deal daily with multiple disks?
Is it possible to listen to the stream?
How best to arrange classes?

Hmm, maybe should make a FAQ and fix? I believe that such information should not be scattered on different pages.
