But I do wonder. Today is the third time listened to the Massage. No effect generally not felt, though tried to relax and nothing to think. What once, in descending order: the first time the effect was simply stunning, I twisted-twirled, saw some visions

the second time for 5 minutes before the end started something like this, but enjoy not had time, but today is not felt at all or anything, just spent the entire 45 minutes. Is this normal or should always feel anything?

Listening to MM for the third week. Every day in the morning. Sleep under it

Everyone is so individually that it is impossible to generalize. High frequency except that charge the brain with energy, also affect the frontal lobes, which are responsible for many functions, but what is important for us, for setting goals and consistency in their implementation.

Aren't we set for ourselves almost every day some purpose? And not trying to achieve them? Wash it happens very often. Or are due to some dolgoletiya?
