Hi Andrew! half a year ago I listened to "Explore" for 21 days, the result:
- internal resistance to external emotional influences;
- a calm judgment;
- reduction of recovery time during sleep.
For six months I tried to listen again a couple of times but after the first three days tore the headphones(it was impossible to listen to) so there was no need.
At the moment, 14 is the day of the audition (the first was a feeling of meeting with old friends )

I noticed an interesting moment at the beginning of the listening is more relaxed when there is a strong desire to stretch out and just lay (the arms extend upward along the axis of the body) what could it be?

For example in the morning and afternoon to listen to the disc according to the method of Silva (there is also recorded affirmations with alpha frequencies),and in the evening "Explorer" ?

Honestly-surprised! The first thing I liked at the first listen ,so it is a calm and soft voice.The text which is not zombiruet and makes the right choice you .Want listen want no or just lay back and relax.
What did you listen to really? All women write that voice is pleasant. Men, too, by the way not complaining. And you -"from the grave".
Something you probably drive. Or subconscious.

By the way, if in childhood the child the words-don't do.. doing the opposite out of spite or out of curiosity and then at an older age that wakes the child when working with the subconscious and perceives everything as a call to action to the contrary. The conductor just such "anomalies" "cures" I assure you.This is the disc you need. And the subconscious mind kicks in and says -"Do you need change?"
Maybe it's that?

Thank you for the Guide. When I bought it long did not dare to listen(been afraid of changing,maybe something else), then plucked up courage and after a few times of listening to the dreams became nightmares,it freaked me out and we had to postpone the Conduit when I'm ready. And that was the month of my experiment with Guide, changes for the better: first the fear was gone, there was a feeling of waiting for something good (and it will not disappear) and joyful confidence in the future( as a child,like someone who directs,someone who is very good).Dreams are happy,noticed that she Wake up before the alarm and feel rested.The same happened a good change in life,if earlier, was like a wall was in front of me and nothing worked,but now everything is like clockwork and options left - he is always alone and the best for me.My friend also changed for the better ))) But in the feeling that I was walking down the foggy road of life,like somnabula, and now the fog had lifted and I suddenly saw the light and realized why I am here. Like a year ago or more I found the text of the meditations for working with the chakras and restore energy. So I even asked Andrew to record it his(is his) voice the text not to be distracted by thoughts and not to remember and what's next to do. And asked because his voice quiet and soft just promotes entry into the state of meditation. And those whom I gave to preactivate this meditation also remained davolno. Before the link was somewhere on the forum.All could afford to download.Now it seems not active. Which is a pity.
Andrei Patrushev thank you very much for this work .

if You want to convince yourself of the negativity You yourself teach.

from the disc "Explorer" feeling such that you can(I would) would expect(expectations not met) from the "Solar wind". And "Conductor" acts as a "switch" specific sensations with the first(second) minute(s).
