What a breath "stopped" - it only seems. Headache, most likely related to the activation of some children's traumatic experience. Please refer to the FAQ topic.

Judging by Your wording, You have some disociate yourself and Your skin.

In my opinion, before you engage the affirmations we really need to exclude the parasites and(or) to heal the intestine (because the skin is a reflection of the state of the intestine). Try the drugs from the BOARD (it's not medication, but a very powerful thing).
Of affirmations, I think can help: "I love and accept myself the way I am" and "I Have good clean skin".

Andrew,I mean,I almost stopped,there was a sense it was the exit to the lower border of the Delta.Because I understand that the slower the breath,the lower fall,first in tattoo,then into the Delta(if memory serves one of the types of meditation is to slow breathing)and the feeling was not quite alfovy

I have a friend who bought all 13 CDs of Andrey Patrushev, overtook them on the computer in WAV format, and then squeezed in WAV format lossles lossless.
So the real question is this; the therapeutic effect remained when performing the above operations with disks or left?

About vitality. I don't know how to pick it up. After regular sessions with the machine I siog throw pills of clonazepam (I have cerebral palsy, was engaged with the disk Massarosa and Healing). I used to run away from all problems into work. - worked on a work for such, and was satisfied. Now having lazy, which itself does not pass. Activity cannot be a goal - that's understandable, but unusual to be AO power of laziness after workaholism. Void do nothing. Just as I know a format lossles works on the type of WinRar? that is clenched, and after unpacking everything the same format and compression!

Wav format preserves all the information completely. lossles, too, like without loss of quality, if you believe oficialnoi information. In General, it is possible to compare and lossles wav files.
