Tried today for fun, this disc. At first, nothing special, the noise, I thought the entire disk.But then when I heard the sounds on the rise first I began to pass out of the body and then I thought this is where I'm going? Again, like with the chakras to work you have to really be there and never feel a thing.So even so had to return. I skedaddle immediately but ago always nakatkoj.

And then it began. At first so gently from the bottom on each chakra what is a lighter feel. But then more and more .I feel like only the spine of one and all .The fact that there is nothing around. By the middle of the drive flooded so I only had time to memorize the feeling. At the bottom chakra, feeling a strange heavy but Popper warm spurts . Above - there was a screen inside but I saw his birth, so in my head arose. Even higher, I felt like I was light and full of bright light and I'm not confined to my body and if I so much bigger and stronger don't even know how to describe it. Even higher heart here at first the pain was strong then the heat went higher and I felt better some sort of euphoria attacked joy. But before I could enjoy it as I began to bend .The spine was vaginitis and I was lying on the back. The feeling was like I'm something of ourselves trying to squeeze ,exhale .His mouth opened so that the jaws began to ache despite the fact that the exhalation continues. When everything stopped and rose above began to appear something like the fast flashing shots I was underachieving to remember the colors change quickly. Also I remember there was a moment of blackout or something I don't understand .Then again quickly inhaled and then exhaled in a gust has become easy and there is still some point I don't remember when I waves then cold then was shaking. it was like in the beginning and almost at the end. Then abruptly thehotel stretch to move to feel the body. But as it slowly began to appear, first the head neck upper chest then the bottom then the arms legs and then such bliss, I am all in place and so relieved. But that's a pity what happened to the top can't remember. But I feel inside that something was palaus to remember but it slips away. That was my first experience.<

It is interesting to compare the impact of the program SV and other such.. Because the site on holographic therapy is a "clairvoyant Goldie", as it (I) is alarming. It matters not who created it is important to separate the wheat from the chaff. I will say - that compares itself...I haven't gotten to ST, and time is a pity to lose. Maybe someone has compared the experience to work with the chakras according to different programs?
And another thing - You , Andrei V., did not seem to pay attention to the color of the light( in my opinion).You know that the combined effect is much stronger than individually.Gates me (personally) as something not impressive. Here's an example: my friend, the artist painted the picture on the subject of the sinking of the ferry Estonia. When I made the slide show from fragments of a picture and added Mozart's Requiem - it has a stunning effect.
Maybe I again something wrong.

Andrew, thanks for the reply but another question I have on the disk 12 tracks what is the sequence of the tracks by name. And the total playing time of OK is 1 hour and 17 minutes and the instructions say to do no more than 45 minutes. Tell me where to start. Thank you.

Yes, Andrew, about the disc not very clear (to me)

is it important just to feel the chakra and represent the transfer of prana or important color? And what about falling asleep (for me it happened somewhere between 5-6 chakra) or need to keep out? And where there is more effect when listening to the disc in the player or as audiostrobe via MM? Thank you.

"The elephant must have parts":) First, you can just feeling to concentrate, and then the breath and to add color. You can do standing up. It does not have to be "post" and need a little wiggle freely. Effectively with audiostrobe, but then some more difficult color to work with.

There is just not need anything special to do - just listen.

The images will gradually appear.
Well, most likely, You just "moved" to process only the last chakra.
