Good day,

Look read the forum and understand the Author or his helpers, to take on each drive already to make this manual complete (about how to do and about what not to do and in what format to listen to what the standard reactions will be, etc.) and topics to post, and that nobody wrote. And in the usual topics, let them write feelings, and such a mess it turns out )))) I went here for the first time this year and did not understand, it is necessary from such a mountain of information chatter to get what you want.

Although I can say that I bought the wheels in August 2007, and listened to the course and I have started in my life ))) what current is now scraped away all that was in my head and again start )))

As soon as I heard the voice of the guide(quickly skimmed through the entire record, i.e. a total of 10 seconds throughout the recording), he seemed suspicious.

Started a new cycle of listening, Conductor (3rd). I thought this time for sure in the process to fall asleep will not. But as usual, as he tried to keep himself conscious, in a place where parallel sound 2 voices, fail. And as soon as they cease to sound awake. Debt absolutely no sleep (it so happens that I can now sleep and 10 hours a day), and sleep before and after "two" absolutely do not want. I wonder why fall out in this place?..
Fully consciously listened to the Conductor only when I bought a CD (sitting with open eyes). Thereafter, without falling through it is not complete.

I just let go of thoughts and observe them trying (and not trying) to analyse is simply to observe.

In the beginning, take a few breaths according to the instructions (but it's just a ritual to enter), then I do not pay attention to the breath.

Please help to formulate the right goal. The ultimate goal for me is to "Get married" But probably it will not be the ultimate goal. If you ask further "Why" question, the answer is: live happily, have children, etc. But I'd like to set that goal, put a time frame: "I Want to meet in the next two months with a man who would make me an offer" is this goal setting will be correct? And if not true, how to articulate what the essence was, what would in the next two months, I found the groom

Yeah, interesting read, but really read already a lot of literature on such topics. But the fact is that I can't do anything.
