Here in lucid dreams include the eyes for a certain stage of sleep. I lucid dreaming deeply on the drum after I have them posledoval. But there is in the deepest sleep stage when sleep paralysis happens. What do You think if the time is put into the phase of rapid eye movements and at the time of this most profound stage in sleep paralysis to Wake up?

You ever experienced sleep paralysis? As possible in this state to go voluntarily? Call it a sleep state, it is rather unfortunate awakening.

the time to learn and put in the phase of deep sleep impossible.
Unfortunately the device DreamStalker not possible to know the phase of deep sleep. I think technically it could be done using an encephalograph.
