When I begin to yawn during exercise, breath by breath,then automatically rebuild the rhythm, breathe out,well, there is yawning a reflex of fear in psychology,I thought I read in a psychology book.What you said,yawning Vice versa contributes to the intake of energy,so necessary at the time of yawning to breathe,for the full sampling energy.And how can we be ,what to do :roll:

Something tells us,yawning is not a good skin,better to switch to breath, to yawn on the exhale.

In the radio critise the wheel and catch the wave,people breathing able to change the frequency ,the frequency of slow breathing came to the conclusion that everyone is different,and one person can be several of the breathing rhythm ,no clear instructions,rather they are in the books,and they can be used as an exercise and discipline ,to experiment with slower breathing and to empower,to trust and rely on feelings.

It's not about the advice on how to use its authority and the support of stupid and clumsy set out of meditation.

Fears are fixed in us as a result of simultaneous/deep and very strong negative life situation is really threatening our life or health.

If to summarize the above, the question arises. WHO SCULPTED/CREATED THESE NEGATIVE LIFE SITUATIONS IN WHICH WE FEAR SETTLES IN? And poisons our lives.

Each of us has your Mind? Please think about this question? You, in your Consciousness created the situation of being in fear? Voluntarily or not like you planned? But it happened and has happened many times. And if Consciousness is not being, but the situation was created, by whom these situations have created?

Something or someone External? Or something our Domestic, but our Minds are not controlled?

What's going on and why such a reaction of individual citizens. Too serious a subject now discussed further, I propose a workable mechanism to get rid from fears.

A negative situation for a settlement in our dispute of fear, created us External negative Forces. Those who constantly put us spoke in the wheel, break/demolish/take/kill.

So why should we believe that simple tapping and mumbling on the subject of releasing fears and calls for love, we will change the situation on the opposite?

Anyway, why should us Lodge fears?

The simplest and the right to control us! Fear in its active phase just exhausts us, drains energy and limits our actions. What happens to our Energy at the same time? Right! It is used Force, which we can arrange those fears.

Am getting results.

Letting go can be something that tends to go away, to leave us. Fears in we live, live and believe us their home. And not going to go anywhere. They can only kick. But you need to remember the Forces that created us fears. These Forces will be against and will do everything we hadn't practiced the technique of getting rid of fears. Fears are not released fears are realized. Therefore, the proposed video equipment, useless.

I have to say. Techniques to get rid of all the fears at once - does not exist in nature.
Every fear will have to deal separately.

Somewhere I commented Mimohodom when he claimed that the fear of defeat is not possible. It can be only run. Again. Fear can be defeated. If you go to meet him.

Your mechanism..should be as follows. Join the club..get the card..and realizovyvali as you want..in the club space..)) in the future.. is .. like..the annual club dues..) Agree..why should the Club, as an organization..some riders..)

Criticism associated with obscure explanation is justified. I badly explain, though, and rewrote the original text several times.
And the sense is poor... Probably should clarify. My meditation is not aimed at improving the lives, mental state, getting rid of fears. Yes, it may appear as a side effect, but this is not its main purpose. After all, it only aims to increase the speed of obtaining and processing information. But to get rid of fear and other psychological problems there are ways much easier and more efficient.

I agree with Code about fear. Good ideas expressed.
