The first tip from Nikonov Vladimir: "self-development Begin with cleaning home" )))

Well, what? this is good advice. It's like the Emerald Tablets of Trismegistus "as above so below". or "outside, inside" the outside, this means in order in mind, the order in the internal energies. Cleaning your house ..man orders his inner World. It seems that self-development is more associated with the improvement of its system of values and Worldviews than chaos, disorder and anarchy in thought and deed. Even in traditional psychiatry, dignose can be seen in the decoration of the space.)
