Welcome !
My name is Alexander.

Just a month I work with cars, and the material already accumulated enough, and thoughts.

Here I post my diary and all sorts of utility and the Goodies that come to mind.

I want to share impressions from listening to the morning session A. Patrushev.

I first realized this feeling a week ago.
I listened to the session reclining.
Just put on the shoulders were odelo.

I should note immediately that the feeling during a session are always "Sunny" - I usually use for morning session or Indigo, or red, or white.

So, during the session - a feeling that at me tenderly the sun shines.
And is particularly strong in the area of the third eye
And I see no good reason Andrew there endorfinov mixed.

Here I lie, and comes in such a quiet sense of joy.
Dualnote life or something.
It's a subtle feeling, not at all like a laugh.
More like thin and quiet, but pleasant voice of enjoyment of life.
That's it.
And the feeling of sun caressing.

I should note that it's summer, well, I'm in shorts.
This adds to the feeling of swimming in the air.

So.

Recently, as I've described in the topic about links to music, conducted alphabeticaly and kept at the same level back - to-top as if the ice was.
They say that there rises

In General correct to say - straight back helps.
True to the rendering that is slow.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, listened to the music with dolphins, through echofon.
Link to the album in the same subject.

Came up with little improvement to my headphone photosonix - the fact that they with two wires from the headphones, and constantly confused with points.

So I'm just one of the transactions raised at the top, on the handle, and fastened it there, and now my glasses don't mix with headphones
A trifle , but nice.

If Bluetooth sunglasses and headphones ...

Specialists will understand yourself.

Me personally makes you look this thing.

've never been particularly attached to the situation in which I meditate, or listen to the machine.

Today I decided to try to sit in Lotus

Hard, legs crushed, but Turkish very well.
So I sat down, turned on Angier Satori - music of nature for meditation.
The back straight and wise created.
Sit music through echofon session through the machine.

Relaxed sitting back there, thinking all sorts of useful come to mind
For example, the BOJ, I reported here to create

Kundalini or whatever her today on vacation.
And here at the end of the seat to notice that my hands somehow pulsate.
Imagine that in the hands of the pipe diameter in centimeters 5 and out of the palms of them goes something.
So funny.
On the inhale, the movement inward on the exhale, a stronger outward motion. And amuseme like blows from something.
Tried not to breathe. There is no movement.
See me today prana visited.

Funny.

Yeah, share the nuance - that comfort could sit - under buttocks need to put something else with a thickness of about 2-3 cm, it will be fine and back to keep is simple and will not be back to pull.

All his life considered himself a man not susceptible to all sorts of energies, etc.

As it turns out, you just need to need to get all self-will.

By the way feel machine here is my contributed.
And about echofon I generally keep quiet.

My experiments with echoforum continue ...
I will soon lay out very interesting results :!:

That would be great to hear what is happening in the real world - to take the microphone which picks up the ultrasound and .... !

probably such only in a fantasy novel there is.

I think echoforum possible, just need to get a microphone for ultrasound, and ...
here're crawling over the Internet I can find.
then the question arises, what is the frequency range of the inner ear ?

Alexandr
Very interesting!!!Thanks for a detailed and fascinating report.Continue...We are closely watching Your results!!
Again a huge thanks...

Whether still will be !

Hello!
It's always Sunny
Kundalini was normal
Prana precipitated.

But my legs are numb !

By the way - found a mean penis.

Feeling like hovering in zero gravity.
So NASA sends astronauts THERE

A very ergonomic fit.

Here spent just two consecutive improv theta.

I soldered the cord, from the computer and handed directly to the place where I sleep.

For what ?
Usually I arrange a session with the music to the mood.
Put Winamp, and what you like, and listen.

Music I have a lot.
I noticed that it affects the work efficiency.
The bigger it is you like, the more successful will be the classes.

Here today set two consecutive improv tatty, and the feelings of periodically arose.
Body one desire can be dissolved.
I could feel it, but the weight was gone.
Appeared easily.

Very distinctly felt, while some other state of consciousness. A more in-depth, or something.
It feels like switching in something else.
Feelings are difficult to describe so as much as we can, and tell.

Anyway, I wonder.
Every time something new.
By the way tattoo I prefer to listen or turquoise, or blue. They themselves relax.

What is there will move, will rise, will open, will see next time - don't know

Well, anticipating your question, demAs.

At night I listened to the sound of the surf through echofon + theta improv.

Slept as usual, without any horror.

Here I want to say again what a cool thing this echofon.
The sound did not seem loud was, but I was intermittently in a state to drive - it's hard to describe.
The music brought considerable pleasure somewhere in the center of the head.
Physical pleasure.
Very nice.

Can be plays a role and what kind of music I listened to.
Today it was the drive from the sounds of nature, Breathing of The Sea, the breath of the sea.
Cool !
High-quality recording and the noise is very pleasant.

Will share another one of my tricks.

When listening to the sessions often arises the problem of the volume of the external signal if the input signal from an external audio source change the volume it's not always nice, I would like to reduce\increase the volume, but before the computer away, and innerpulse is no volume adjustment of incoming signal.

I got out this way - the sound is included in echofon, and from there to innerpulse.

And all well regulated.
In echofone two adjustable - power headphone, and power emitters.
Moreover, echofon sometimes you want the sound louder, but with headphones I want to be quiet, then this scheme also works very well.
