Audio or visual stimulation?

Post by Синхрофазотрон » Tue Oct 24, 2017 23:18

Hello! Writing on this forum for the first time, although interested in this topic for a long time. I have a question. We all know that now don't have to buy mindmachine, instead you can use your smartphone and listen to binaural (or isochronous) rhythm on it. And my question is this: is it possible to do without visual stimulation, which is in the glasses mindmachine? Whether the effect is worse without it? I until recently still doubted the effect of binaural beats, but for the interest did an EEG and regular listening to binaural beats, and saw that on the brain they are still affected.

According to various sources, the person receives from 70 to 90% of information through the visual channel.
The use of glasses greatly enhance the effect. But, if it is not possible to buy a mind machine, it is possible to listen to binaural beats with headphones. This will act.
