...I'd add that there is described methods....
but now...the time has accelerated and we are able to move forward with giant steps, ie bypassing the years of alleged training....and as many of the exercises can be alleviated, leaving the essence /every practitioner will have their own ...personal amendments under itself)))

This is 4 different issues. To start, let's ask the question - why do all this to overcome? What we do want, what all of these problems interfere? Most often it turns out that nothing specifically INSIDE the us, these problems do not interfere, and in fact we want something more. That is, we want to get something over and above available to us. For example, you really want to "be like everyone", in the sense of to have enough nerve to take everything in volumes exceeding their capacity. From automatism helps spontaneous hunger strike on the second day as a hand shoots. Better yet, starve sitting in a damp and cold basement, in an awkward position.
