Model of relationship where everybody wins

At the Paralympic games in Seoul were held competitions among young men.
After the start everything happened the way it usually happens in the competition – someone is ahead, someone is a little behind...and suddenly, one of the contestants fell...the band is still some time moved forward...and suddenly, one participant turned around and ran back to the fallen... Then another, and another... they all returned to the finish line brought a fallen athlete at the hands of...the Stadium gave a standing ovation!
The guys at the Olympics showed the World a model of relations between PEOPLE (even in competitions
) – "win-win". And if the stadium gave a standing ovation and with tears in his eyes – it means we understand this model?
