Good day to all! According to the book of Osho's "Awareness" develop your powers of observation. During the observation process there is a feeling of calm. Are any other emotions, i.e. their presence?

Emotions should stay, I think the point is not to be identified with them , not get rid of them.

Rather not a question but just want to share your experiences - thoughts interfere! As soon as you try to observe the mind attack! A moment's peace. Figure I'll practice more, there will be fewer problems. It is a pity that the thoughts of past workouts don't remember  I apologize in advance, if you get bored

The centrality is to remember yourself. This is the same as awareness. Eckhart Tolle says: always feel your inner body.
