I'm against it.The current level of barbarism it was dangerous for people when on the roads BYuT face each other and firing a beanbag gun at pedestrians.
My son a couple of years ago one of the guests of the capital, shooting multiple times from travmatiki, was hit in the leg,in red square.
I prefer the knife.Quietly and efficiently in the melee.

Humpty and the question inspired by? Voted for. A cold weapon is good of course, but against a crowd of 3-4 people, with no preparation and very specific will not be efficient.

:) And if this was a native maskvich, you would be the next day forgot about this incident, perhaps?
The answer is simple really. Hidden it is carrying will be only for a very narrow-minded people: when a person appears under the arm holster, then he abruptly changed gait. If you don't believe me, you can check on someone.
The second point. Short-combat is currently left only the intelligence services and the armed forces. Even short service (IZH-71, etc.) in 2009 took TOP s and security services. Yes, they are sometimes rightly accused of supporting the raids, but I see this as an attempt of about-MIA-shnyh institutions, "hay", nothing more.
Some time ago between Russia and Belarus almost an international scandal broke out: the leadership of Belarus was seriously thinking to legalize the wearing(!), not just possession, namely possession of a firearm. What would happen in terms of the transparency of our Belarus borders? Although there are people mildly (I know firsthand, he has walked along the Avenue Masherova, which can really fly a strategic bomber :) ), and guests from the "South" is practically not found: all-black, mostly blacks :)

The presence of a hunting ticket problems are resolved as melee weapons and firearms, remember that with a shotgun in the subway just drove in a newspaper wrapped 8)

But what we are in the wrong direction to go especially on this site, lately I notice a lot of agressii around and the head that aches although changes in the weather no, I think not with the elections is that, I feel that over us as over rats in laboratory experiments carried out.

The weapon is a responsibility and with much, better without him.
Now printed and in the memory surfaced, the TV showed the Jews the sacred Ministers tamoshnih in Israel as they are there with us, freely through the streets climb and complain that the olives are too expensive and the Palestinians are quite brazen.

To carry weapons is always forbidden to slaves. I believe that the permit is necessary, but in our state will not allow.... :)

in the us, sales statistics, firearms of different types in the last new year was a favorite gift - i.e. for the holiday you can buy a weapon than anything else. On the one hand suggests that General changes in the world they have a sensor very well. On the other - where it is so popular (but sales growth was statistically fixed quite clearly in comparison with the General level).
Will it lead to a couple decades of blood on the streets, but is a possible scenario, but normally would work when the working law enforcement and judicial systems.
In the current situation - it is useless.
Especially its legal use for self-defense.
Ie, chaos will add considerably. In General, but good?
If you focus on the possible periods of chaos on the territory of residence, then it's not a big help for smart people (smart will do to minimize potential problems).
If daily practice - that only adds to the problems.
Firstly the principle of similarity is still running, i.e., carrying of weapons attracts to it situations quite often.
Second, we need to change everything else. Some time my mother worked for the social security in the Central customs Department. Assorted cases related to the situations when injured employees of customs, insurance compensation and so-forth.
So there have been several situations when, for example, was an attack on the employee of the regional customs, who failed to hold a leftist, and he, in the form of self-defense, slashed at close range with gas. The result - two dead (shot at close range, blew the guys brains a stream of gas, a man was sitting in the car, behind the wheel, it climbed through the window of the driver's door) and one disabled. All three were armed with sawed-off shotguns seems.
Was going not to sew is not something else. A man had a daughter and wife. Overall he was lucky that the gas response driving and being locked in the car, he was able to handle the situation.
Guess what was on? he was convicted for excess of necessary self-defense.
And these stories with variants, only there and only for a short period while my mom worked in that Department were several. All about the same.
Therefore it is called "give a different stuffing to the state and then we can give even grenades."
As a result of this action is evaluated not in itself, but (as always) in the context of other conditions.
With regard to personal security on the street....
I recommend to look at high-tech chips. For example abroad quite seriously develop laser oneplace for crowd - painful, not fatal (although it can have serious consequences for the retina) for the time paralyze a person (he does not see worth shit, do not understand that plus it was a painful shock), the law is not limited in any way, if I remember correctly. Not counting the strange occurrences with the aircraft, which is not the fact that it was (perhaps it is a competent PR under the ban of these devices). The free market has a cotton diodes and drivers, the people of the sculpts from this heavy duty pointer, but for short distances you need a more diffused flow.
As I recall some comment similar grenade oslepitel was equipped with some version of Shocker or multilateral Gazovik like wasps, but there was a weak source (effective only in direct contact with the sighting), then the manufacturer with the General is removed, leaving the option for government agencies.
In General, at forum on self-development, it is useful to think about how to never get in this situation that is quite accessible for many people control situations and tracking of the probability for each new day. Adverse areas are clearly visible and can be bypassed.<

De facto, the streets are full of regular non-lethal weapons and non-lethal weapons redone, and even why the short barrel?
When our crooked law on self-defence, the blunderbuss will be another reason to go to prison, like HO.

In General, I edged weapons (swords, sabers, broadswords, swords), more for the free bearing and their application, as well as the legalization of duels. So you can always have a chance, legally, to stab your bully/enemy.

You see, abated flood and Joe blow...

z.s. did not vote, both options are not satisfied...

Yes, of the two proposed options, I choose already made the third, especially given the number of near-similar to those in this part of the forum, Humpty similarly provocateur. I would place Andrew, most of those on the list would be demolished, and it's not even clear about that in General forum. In the top dangle is actively fueled by Humpty threads about different terror, muehlebach, genomes (in spite of the innocuous title of the topic is not about that) and so and so. I.e. up to 50% of new posts from the first page of the forum on these topics. I doubt that this reflects a real picture of what interested the main part of the forum audience. In extreme cases it is in fact the style of the author Tanat on the same topic.

I agree.
And by the way I don't agree.... because come gradually with the thought that the majority of people on these forums( this revered+ amerikoskie) is "infantile outcasts"
Seeing that his samorazvitie only through ocalenie their passions, complexes, stereotipov etc.....

But of course there are interesting people but they are few...
