Good day to all
Have a question, who in the subject tell me plz.
And in the case of the following:
I sit reading an article on the website
http://www.odnagdy.com/2010/08/blog-post_6452.html
(white text on a black background, the eyes slightly stressful), comes a man sits also reads, then says in the text frame 25 type the letters flicker with varying intensity and in the blink of nested info and type so all of sites where white letters on a black background (or many). I was puzzled of course, paranoia is played out and any questions so? Is there such a thing? How this fight?

Yes, this method exists, but no matter what text is and what background, although perhaps white on black is easier to manage, plus need extra concentration on the unusual blend that enhances the effectiveness of subliminal suggestions...
However, I would not be soared - it is not fatal. If conforming to the dominant suggestion to the subconscious no, it'll just fly past You, "as plywood over Paris". :)

Thank you!
Approximately so I thought. Yes, and the text made to look at, I mean in terms of style, designed as banter ptushnik but jitteriness professionally supplied pen, although it is possible I have to go too.
Andrew, is it possible somehow to determine what setting is hidden in the text, in the blink of letters?
I'm not talking about this specifically but in General in principle.

Possible in principle, but troublesome program to write... on the other hand, I think in HTML there are no funds for such effects (otherwise the editor can take it all apart)... The simplest way to choose the frequency of the strobe (e.g. open points from machine) under frequency flicker letters (a simple sweep and push the button at the right moment), then it will be clearly visible and the sequence can be read... However, will see enough of this stuff enough then  You dream...
