I think not I have one it turns out the lack of elaborate themes (on Strobe and so on. disks and sessions MM).

theoretically, with enough space inside headphone MM, this can be the tablet 2 earphone and session L03 to put text voice actors for the suggestion necessary.

for example - you can connect back scheme Sviyash have worked with affirmations, or...
you can use ready-made schemes of hypnosis and/or self-hypnosis.
with equal success can (at least try) to use my own work in this area.

and there, "what (as they say) never can tell when God is asleep ?" = perhaps Mr. Patrushev did not disdain to use our humble adventures in the implementation desired by the people.

I propose here to put links and texts to encode and suggestion.

beginning with the topic - he will do the introduction.

not so long ago, I downloaded the network "hypnosis. losing weight without dieting".
in a primitive, short and clear.
struck me that is used is excellent, proven technology entering into hypnosis.

in the sound - almost 10 minutes of entering.
now connect them with the session L03 and add 40 minutes of text nachitki have quality ???

actually this thought I decided to expand the topic.
so... text input in Tranwith:

take a deep breath, hold your breath and gradually exhale
relax and focus your attention on the breath
breathe in the lower part of the diaphragm
continue to relax deeper and deeper
with each inhalation and exhalation
imagine with each exhalation all negative events away from you
direct your attention to the forehead
and in the center of the forehead imagine a triangle
this window of your mind
remember the window and think about what it is open
that it was possible to let in fresh air and sunlight
because that's what Windows
the sunlight gives us warmth and health we need fresh air
let fresh air will take away all the anger, fears and anxiety
allow all negative thoughts to leave your mind
let them disappear
and now we will concentrate on the triangle and the third eye in the center of the triangle
you bring your mind into a state of peace and calm
inside of you there will be peace and quiet
feel how relaxed your eyes and the area around the eyes
relaxed forehead, and gradually relaxes the whole head
let the sunlight and fresh air to penetrate into your mind
and to carry away tension and stress
make. it actually happens to you
and continue to breathe
release the tension on the neck
feel how relax your lips and muscles of the cheeks
your head will soon feel very good
the voltage continues to go, you relax deeper
neck muscles begin to relax
feel how the tension leaves your shoulders and your hands
feel how the tension leaves your shoulders using the hands, palms and fingers
let all those pleasant changes to occur by
take a breath, you are fully relaxed
you are immersed in absolute peace
thoughts begin to wander and gradually fade
let it happen by itself
you relax, gradually relax
don't move and don't get distracted, thoughts and ideas can wander in your head
don't worry about them, it's natural
just focus on what we are doing now here
you may feel involuntary movements, jerking,
it's just the output voltage
and you'll notice that with each breath they become more and more pleasant feelings of peace
now bring your attention to the muscles of the back
the tension leaves the muscles of the back
breathing is becoming easier and easier
you notice that there is rest and peace
move to the centre of calm and tranquility
the tension in the solar plexus starts to leave
and digestive system is quieter and calmer
inside the abdomen, deep inside, allow the organs to relax
deep deep inside
tension leaves the body, down the legs
in the back of the thighs, and then down lower
and goes through the knees and down through the toes
feel how relaxed your fingers
again transfer the attention to the forehead
focus on a point in the center
this window of your mind
feel the slight and slow motion in this region in the rhythm of your breath
the tension continues to leave and you are now free from all the stress
just relax and release your body
the more you let go of the body, the better I feel
your body freely, now it in itself, just leave it
you are immersed in absolute peace
now you almost do not feel his limbs, hands and feet
it is possible that the rest of the body is almost not felt
you easily and safely

Prim, each new line is a new sentence, there should be a pause at least 2-3 seconds. In General, you need to look at the text.<

for those who want to the Astral plane.

Eagles = the technology of Hemi-sync.
for application to a session of the MM certainly better to recite to captions than to use ready.
To avoid blending effects so to speak.

the text below (approx. indeed, see above)

relax, your consciousness not limited by space and time
you calm, nice and easy

which elevate one end with the side of your head
a powerful force draws you up the pole to a standing position

slowly, more and more
back down, back down from the situation in which you are
down, again and again
now you're so far down that I could see the back of his head
and you can see the back of your physical body
and it continues to gently float in space, moving down
more and more, slowly, barely noticeable
now stop driving and make the situation in which are now
getting oriented in space
now return back to where your physical body
move the chest up, up, slowly
gradually and more and more, more and more
now you can't see the back of the head and the back of your physical body
because it is too close
again and again up slowly and gradually
now you are almost in a position from which it started
now you are exactly where you started, you're back
you exactly back where he started the movement, relax
breathe slowly and calmly, breathe slowly and relax deeper

now imagine if your crown has a big hole
from which you can go outside
come out slowly, like a cloud
like a cloud, emerge from your crown
smoothly and easily from your crown
start
you vapour coming easily and smoothly from the top of your body
blown out, outside of your head
slip out, it shows on the outside more and more
until you feel free, free,
because you are outside, you are blowing out
gently, lightly and smoothly, and again and again again and again
now you are completely outside, and if you look down you will see
the crown of his head, from which came the
stay in this position and look around

now you begin to get back to get back
back through the crown
you go to the top of the head quietly, easily and smoothly
draws you inside, quietly, easily, smoothly
back to the crown of the head
now you can't see it from the top because it is too close
now you come inside
easy to slip inside head
and in it you move to the place from which started the output
you're almost on this spot,
you are now back exactly to the place from which you started the output
finish the pull
stay in this place, relax, quiet and pleasant
feel the pleasant tranquility and deep, deep relax

now feel the feeling of flying, soft lift-up
soft lift up, the feelings of flying up
up from where you are now
start
remember the feeling of flying, take off slowly, smoothly and quietly up
move slowly and gently, again and again 21-55
feel how beautiful it is, how beautiful it is to soar
soar podnikani up like a cloud
lifting up more and more, higher and higher
imagine how you rise up
slowly, smoothly, higher and higher
now you have climbed so high, I can look down
see your physical body
you can see your physical body
you can see it if look down
stop the right now, smack in the place where you are now
soar exactly where you are
imagine that you are floating in that place where you are right now
looking down from whence you came
looking down, where is your body
and you clearly see their physical body below you
and just as clearly you see the whole atmosphere of the room
all of the items in the room where your physical body
and when you return to the body, then you will clearly remember everything that you saw when you were apart from the body

now you descend, slowly, nice and easy
feel like you went down smoothly and slowly
from whence you came
again and again, stoop down quietly and peacefully
down where you took off, more and more
more and more down
when you return to the body, you easily and freely recall everything you saw when you were apart from the body
now you can no longer see your physical body
because it is too close
you fly up to him even closer, almost to the place where we started the rise
now you're right back where you started your ascent
and you don't have to fly, will stay exactly at this place
exactly here, where you began your ascent
here where you started
and relax
breathe slowly and deeply
relax and feel the pleasant tranquility of this place
where did you start
a pleasant rest

imagine a glowing bright white pipe
this tube can extend in a length
and inside it there is a cavity, which can flow energy or information
so you can exchange this energy or information
with any object that will focus
mentally tighten the pipe to yourself and recharge
charge it with fresh life energy
do it
charge it even stronger, so that it became a solid beam of bright white energy
now that your energy phone charged and ready to work

turn it into shining a beam of white energy
now, when it is charged, mentally place one end in the center of your brain
put one end closer to the center of your brain
now move the other end, pull it out,
you can pull it as far as you want
just because it's your creation and you can do with it whatever you want
pull out, pull up farther and farther it stretches to your friend
dearly beloved friend
let your sense of love leads up to it
while the second end will not be near your friend
tube in the sky, in the sky, to the place where your friend is and for his
concem second energy tube you envelop the head of his friend
and you feel a direct connection with it
now, when one end of the power tube plotke for your friend
and the second is located in the center of your brain
now go ahead
will experience how information flows from the other end of the energy tube into the center of your brain
feel that makes your friend now
pochuvstvuete where he is all he thinks about
let all of this information flows through the tube to the center of your brain

you will remember all that is now felt
and you will be to remember it clearly and distinctly when you return to a wakeful state
you will remember every detail of your current information

and you get to chance to remember all your feelings
the details you remember what you were doing
and will be able at any time to dive into a trance and repeat the whole experience with the same
or with another person

now pull his pipe back, pull the far end over to myself
compress it more and more, to a normal size to its initial size

let the message flow through the energy from you tube to a friend
let this message will be powerful, clear, specific
powerful, clear and specific
be sure contact is made through this tube, leaving the center of your brain
established between you and your friend
now, when you sent your message to a friend on the energy tube
pull the pipe back, squeezing her more and more
while it will not accept its original size in front of you
and now, when she again assumed its normal size, remove it from yourself
put it in the side,
next time when you will perform this exercise -
you can always take this up.

in my opinion there is order is a little mixed up and some duplicate parts are not missing, but in principle = a consistent set affermato-shaped exercises <
