Of course, maybe the result will be, but the consequences can be very different, but it is not very fun. For example, a person may become very nervous, and touching him, quite unexpectedly for himself to get between the ears.. (that is to say, a serious case :wiz )

Conscious and unconscious

Professor of psychology APA Dijksterhuis from the University of Amsterdam conducted a series of experiments in which he suggested the participants to make a serious choice like buying a car or house based on different criteria. In the case of simple decisions (for example, when I had to choose a car, based on all 4 criteria) participants of the experiment made the right choice with the help of logical thinking in 58% of cases. In the case of more complex choice (with a much larger number of criteria) a logical analysis to give in to the gut...

Dijksterhuis offered the participants to choose a one of four houses for 12 criteria. The houses were selected so that one of them obviously better than others, but recognize it's not just minor details obscure the main point.

Participants from the first group had to choose immediately after read description.

The second group could have a few minutes to think, to figure out the “pros” and “cons”.

The third group also was given a timeout, however, this time it really was a few minutes they were forced to solve puzzles, and then suddenly demanded a response. Thus, their conscious mind was occupied, but the unconscious had the necessary time to work.

As a result, the first and second groups, the best house was chosen about 25% of the participants. The accommodation consists of four houses with the same success it was possible to flip a coin. Among the participants of the third group (that solved the puzzle) the number of correct answers amounted to 60%! The conclusion is obvious: in the case of a large number of criteria on the complex issue of unconscious analysis works much more effective than logical.

For you to be able to try how it works for yourself, I suggest you a simple exercise.

the activity “analysis of the Unconscious”

1. Take any complex question that you still have not been able to find the answer, or a variant of some of the choices you have to make that require analyzing large amounts of information (more than seven criteria). Write down or sketch the subject on the paper as accurately as possible. Do not trust memory, believe me, it is better to write down or sketch :-)

2. By asking yourself this question (after looking at the choices), leave it aside without any hesitation, you can even forget about it and play five minutes into the game NLP New Code - electronic Alphabet. Easily and naturally as children play.

The rules of the game in the Alphabet is very simple: you have to pronounce the top letter, and at the same time to raise your hand, the corresponding lower letter (L - left, P - right, On both hands). Before you start playing, choose the speed that you are comfortable with, and at the same time is sport. And try to stay relaxed - it's just a game :-)

3. After about five minutes (or later, if you like to play) close the game and immediately look at your question (or choice). Do not think and do not look for a solution. Just look at the issue for some time (30-60 seconds) and, at some point, you will notice that the answer itself appears!

PS Sometimes the answer comes instantly, sometimes after some longer time when you completely forget about this issue.

Obviously, when dealing with a large amount of information, the unconscious mind is much more effective than logical mind. However, 60% is clearly insufficient for success in business. How we may use your intuition more technically correct, to be if not best, then at least 99% success?

Discrete and scaled perception

You must have noticed that as soon as we have something good to learn, it is very quickly becoming an unconscious habit. That is, the automaticity that we begin to perform without thinking, and sometimes not even noticing it. So it is with thinking - in different cases we use different thinking strategies.

When something is not very familiar, we take it in a discrete manner: “either Yes or no.” For example, when choosing the color of clothing or personal belongings:

“Green does not suit me. I have a character that I can go some other color but not green.”

This is a fairly typical strategy for most people. But as soon as we type in this field a little experience, we begin to perceive everything in it is in analog format of the scale: “it is always there, just at different moments manifests itself in varying degrees”. The same example with the clothes:

“Bright and cool colors green suit me to a lesser extent in warm and pastel shades of green very well in some suits.”

The strategy of perception in the format analog scale sometimes nazyvaiut "contextual truth". This underlines the peculiarity of this thinking strategies to assess things adequately to the situation, not in isolation from reality.

However, having mastered a new, more successful strategy of thinking in one area, in other areas we may by habit use the old one. And not even guess that the very strategy myshleniya in its pure form can be applied anywhere.

For example, in the understanding of self-interest:

Discrete perception: “Before this job (operation) I was interested, and now not interesting. Apparently tired.”
Scaled perception: “This activity is interesting to me, but not always, and under certain mood.”

Or in the perception of people:

Discrete perception: “the man N you can rely upon and person Z is not”
Scaled perception: “a man N can rely on, when does he treat you well, and person Z the obligatory, the more he sees its benefits”

Perhaps, the examples will seem too banal, but I would like to make it easy to capture the essence of the strategy Scaled perception. Because it works intuition. And the freer you can use the strategy of asking questions and interpreting the answers, the easier and better you will receive information through intuition.

So, let's summarize. As you probably already noticed, Scaled perception is always expressed in some degree - as if we were perceived as a manifestation of the response to Schalke from 1 to 10. And the degree of this manifestation is always associated with some condition (where, when, with whom, on what).

Why is it so important? - you will ask. As mentioned above, intuition always gives the answer to some probability. And when we receive an internal signal about the probability of an event (or something else) let's say 90%, we are likely to interpret this signal as “Yes”. A signal of a probability of 10%, we are likely to generalize to 0% and is interpreted as “no”. Well, what happens when we get signals telling us about the likelihood of 50% or 70%? Usually in these cases, it seems to us that clear answer we have received, that our intuition of information on this point, or that she “somehow haywire”. But really, you just need to play with the terms in the question (specify the context), and then it becomes clear in which cases the probability is much larger and some much smaller.

Training exercise

1. Make a list of your questions, implying the answer “Yes” or “no”. And then reframe the questions so that answers could be given in the form of probabilities. In the new form of the question may start with: “What is the probability that...”

2. Imagine the inner graduated scale from 1 to 10 and the slider or arrow. And ask your unconscious (as if you turn to the person or living being ;-))) to give you an intuitive response using this scale, showing the degree of its probability. If you better able to perceive the intuitive signals in the form of feelings than in the form of images, use the intensity of the feeling as the scale, and before that, ask your unconscious to give you a feel for some unambiguous sense, which it choose as the intuitive signaling.

3. And then start to ask all questions, watching as works of internal scale.

Pendulum

In cases when the issue is important, often there is a desire to check the received signal using any more reliable means, giving a more pronounced response. As such, the funds generally use technical means to communicate with your intuition - a pendulum or frame. I prefer pendulum as it is more accurate, although the frame, with due skill can work not worse. By and large, is a matter of habit.

A pendulum is any object having a significant weight suspended on a string with a length of 10-20 cm. During the training we have successfully used for this purpose, disposable tea bags :-)

No mystery or great scientific mysteries in the work of these “amplifiers” signals, like a pendulum or frame no. Even when they use psychics in their work, “receiver” and “processor” of the signal is the man himself, and the pendulum only makes it more noticeable. This happens due to the unconscious processes, called ideodynamic - our mind always translates internal cues (our thoughts) through our body to the outside world. This happens through invisible mikromechanik movements, which in this case, swing the pendulum.

How to use a pendulum

After the list of questions drawn up, and the pendulum is ready and taken in hand, it must be calibrated. That is, to set the signals. To do this, we are in the mode of conventional dialogue (speaking to man) turn to your unconscious and ask him to first show us a signal “Yes”. Then, we look at how to swing the pendulum, and, when his motion is quite clear and well marked, we remember the signal. Then the unconscious thank you for agreeing to chat with us and thus stop the pendulum with your other hand. Then we similarly set a signal “no” and “don't know”.

When the signals ready, you can begin to issues. The hand change is impossible, and if you want to do, then you need to re-install the signals.

When a sufficiently long string, the amplitude of the swing of the pendulum can serve as scaling the probability of response, but it is first necessary to “negotiate” this with the unconscious, that it was formally know, what we expect from him. You can, of course, to avoid all these formalities, but initially, it's best to use them as much as possible, with the goal to train yourself to give precise and clear instructions - and then the answers will be unambiguous and understandable.

The advantages of a pendulum is that its signal is quite difficult to “fake”, trying to wishful thinking. This is due to the fact that the pendulum is swinging due to mikromechanik hand movements that are so small, they deliberately play them is almost impossible. A well established signal makes the answer is unambiguously clear.

To exclude conscious influence on the pendulum, we can offer the following:

Keep the arm outstretched at shoulder level, for convenience, you can support the elbow with the other hand or put it on anything. In this situation it is extremely difficult to deliberately rock the thread.
Asking the question do not look at the pendulum, instead just close your eyes or look at something else. After a few seconds (note the experience of the previous time how long the pendulum takes you to a confident swing) just open your eyes and look at the pendulum.

If you have a very well developed idiodynamic (the influence of images on body movement), and you catch yourself asking the question expect the rocking to one side or the other, or even think about him do the following. Think of any neutral way that will consume all 7+/-2 of your inner attention. For example, imagine a colored mill, laposte which are painted in different colors, on top of the install screen to display a question on which we are working, and at the bottom let to dance the dance of happy Melnikov barefoot on the green grass. Well, or something like that... :-) Then asking the question, just focus on the created image and all its details, and when the pendulum will swing (experience will determine the time), just open your eyes and look at him.
To reinforce the action of the pendulum, you can simply ask the unconscious to make the signal clearer or more visible.

If the answer was unclear, you can ask the unconscious is simply to repeat the signal again more pronounced.

If in spite of all actions taken is confused and not understand the answer, otherwise try to ask the question - perhaps in this form it simply can not be answered unequivocally.

And remember communication with the unconscious is based on your trust in him and desire to hear his opinion on your question. If you want to prove (to yourself or someone else) that a pendulum will not work - it will not work. If you want to prove that your unconscious the most responsive and communicative - it will be the most responsive and communicative. Because your conscious will has complete authority over any unconscious process to which it is addressed. Another thing is that it is limited to 7+/-2 elements simultaneously observed data.

Even Bulygin offers to take his pay rate (above were the texts of his free of course). But it seems to me that the above information is sufficient for those who are ripe.

Well, Yes, in the sense that the pendulum is the simplest device to display the signals of intuition - for those who can't relax and listen to the signals your body. By the way, a very stiff people and the pendulum does not work...

Apparently, I gave too long text...
You pay attention only to the Pendulum?!

The pendulum is only "the simplest device to display the signals of intuition". And, by the way, so it is relevant to intuition :)

But pay attention to other exercises. For example:
2.1 Imagine the inner graduated scale from 1 to 10 and the slider or arrow. And ask your unconscious to give you an intuitive response using this scale, showing its probability.
2.2 If you better able to perceive the intuitive signals in the form of feelings than in the form of images, use the intensity of sensation as a scale.

These are all ways of working with the subconscious mind... We are just a few talk about different things,
for me, intuition is the deciding that you do not know...
and the subconscious works with what we know..
Something like that.:)))

Intuition is not specifically trained. And what are the ideas for her training?
The main directions in training of the intuition, I think, lies in the development of attention to the signals of intuition, the development of skills right to ask questions of your subconscious and development trust to him.

the unconscious mind works with what we know..
This is not so. The knowledge is different.

The subconscious mind works (models) through images. Its model - live...
As consciousness divides living apart... and makes up the block diagram...

Subconscious intuition superconscious and intuition.

Information sometimes (very rarely) "descends" with on a conscious level. There is such a level... His call.
Perhaps Basil, you mean a intuitive information... Not so long ago you wrote about what I think is intuition - the decision-making process "the fact that I don't know"...

On the other hand what knows and sometimes tells us the subconscious, too, is to recognize INTUITY
