The point is: the fact that by profession I need to develop qualities such as:
1.Stress resistance
2.Long Concentration
A good idea would be to learn to control feelings, a La "equilibrium", I hope somebody watched this movie)
Tell me what session it is better to use. How to start, how to improve. If anyone can advise a full course (a lot of things for a long time, so you don't have to change everything on the go), you'll be very happy.
