My Diary - my operation itself

To create a discipline diary.
InnerPulse machine with ColorTrack glasses.

The point is: the fact that by profession I need to develop qualities such as:

1.Stress resistance
2.Long Concentration
A good idea would be to learn to control feelings, a La "equilibrium", I hope somebody watched this movie)

Tell me what session it is better to use. How to start, how to improve. If anyone can advise a full course (a lot of things for a long time, so you don't have to change everything on the go), you'll be very happy.

For 3 weeks then 3-3-3-3 ? and then round over. Relaxation began :)

The first 3 weeks natalisa relaxation sessions. Choose going for a "random", i.e. what happens and then I will "listen" -))
I think the meaning is to provoke if I did?) The goal to achieve.
But hearing about other people's experiments and reviews-posts in my topic very good.nice)

First oschyuschenie - periods of the body directly "driving", i.e. sort of like relaxed to the end, but all will strain and pull in a certain direction.
And thirsty after the session.

Choose "any of the 6 first" in the morning, and 7th in the evening.

Is that waiting for the end waiting... then forgotten, and the session was over and all steamed.
General thoughts upset in the head, at normal? I understand how it is better to aim to concentrate on the breath, thoughts it is better to stand down.

Mood swings happen... is this normal? Usually straight rushing all day and then BAM, in the other direction :S
